Oak and walnut
Oiled and sanded smooth. The engraving burns warm and dark into the wood and stays there under your fingertips for years.

Every slab has its own grain. The engraving comes out pale and stands clear against the dark stone.

A matt white engraving that lights up when the sun hits it. Fine enough for dates, names and small motifs.
Two-layer engraving laminate. The laser exposes the white core. Razor sharp, weatherproof, ideal for door signs and name badges.

For my daughter's christening I went looking for a gift that would still be around in twenty years.
What I found was mass-produced, with a printed name that comes off the first time you wash it. So I made it myself. A slate slab, her name, the date underneath. It took me considerably longer than I care to admit, but the first clean pass settled the matter.
Then a friend asked whether I would make one for her too. Then the next one did. Today the laser sits in my workshop in Lower Austria, and every piece that goes out has been clamped and checked by me. My daughter is two now and keeps me thoroughly busy. Her slate slab still hangs in the kitchen.
Christmas gifts, anniversaries, onboarding. We engrave your logo or the name of every single person.
